By the end of this introductory martial arts lesson you will be fully prepared to take part in a class with other students about the same level as you. Then we’ll teach you the 3 Primary Principles of Self-Defence that you can put to use immediately. We’ll show you some warm up exercises and some of our basic techniques. During this introductory lesson, we will show you how a class starts, what happens during a class and how a class ends. This will be followed by your private introductory martial arts lesson. First of all, we give you a tour of the Success Martial Arts school in South Lismore.
